PHS Renovations is hiring an experienced Red Seal Carpenter to lead residential renovation projects in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead residential renovation projects
• Perform framing and finish carpentry
• Read and work from construction drawings
• Coordinate crews and subcontractors
• Mentor apprentices and junior carpenters
• Maintain quality, safety, and job-site organization
• Solve on-site issues and keep projects moving
• Communicate professionally with clients and the PHS team

What You Need:

• Red Seal Carpenter certification
• 5+ years of residential construction experience
• Strong framing, finishing, and renovation skills
• Ability to lead projects and work independently
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Personal hand tools
